How do I schedule a session?

You can schedule a session by contacting us directly via phone or email, or by filling out the contact form on our website. We will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice is mandatory for the cancellation of any scheduled meetings. Meetings canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will result in the deduction of the scheduled time from the package or be billed at the full hourly rate if package hours have been exhausted. Maza Academics will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for a student to join a scheduled session before it is considered a no-show.

Do you offer in-person tutoring?

All our sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meets, ensuring convenient and accessible learning from any location. This allows us to work with students globally.

Can you guarantee college acceptance or specific grades?

Maza Academics offers expert academic advice and guidance. However, the student and client hold ultimate responsibility for the final quality of the work. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, including college acceptance or final grades.
